What happens if I go over my limits?
If you are on the free community plan, you have not entered your card details and you’re close to exceeding your free 30,000 operations we will email you to inform you that you are running out of available operations for this billing cycle. If you continue to go over your limit without entering your card details, it is at our discretion that we stop access to your store (as outlined in our terms of service) until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you have your card details entered we will upgrade you to the next tier. We will notify you of this change and you will be able to manually downgrade your plan from our dashboard billing screen on the following billing cycle.
We will always notify you via email of any changes to your billing and you can always contact us if you encounter problems or need any help.
