Update on v1 Migration Plans

If you have a v1 store you plan to keep active this year and you haven’t already, please reach out to the Moltin team at support@moltin.com by Friday, January 19, 2018.

Here’s what you need to know:

Moltin v2 is now fully live! Customers are actively using it and enjoying a number of benefits including faster response times, improved concurrency, and greater standardization of responses.

Moltin v1 will be depreciated in waves, so if you intend on keeping your v1 store, please make a note of the following important information:

  • Inactive users will be shut down on March 6th, 2018. Users that have not used the API since November 2017, or who have let us know they don’t plan to continue their store in 2018 will not have access to their v1 stores after March 6.
  • Active users will have v1 access until they move to v2 (within a reasonable timeline). We are delighted with the large volume of users that want to move to v2 and in order to best accommodate these migrations, we will extend access to v1 for users that plan to migrate. We are coordinating migration plans and extension timelines with users as they reach out to us.
  • If you haven’t already touched base with the Moltin team and you have a store on v1 you want to keep active, please reach out to by Friday, January 19 at support@moltin.com. If you are an inactive user and we don’t hear from you, you will not have access to your store after March 6, 2018.
